人生ってとても長い。

令和の幕開けから早1ヶ月。西洋文化のクリスマスから、日本文化のお正月への切り替えがスムーズなように、何事にも順応性の高くて早い日本人にとって「令和元年」にはもう慣れましたでしょうか？！

自分は平成最後と令和初日の間に引越した新転地にはすっかり慣れて、地元の雰囲気に馴染んだ生活を送っています。

隅田川が近くなったので、ちょっと足を伸ばせば川の流れる景色が見れるのは、殺伐とした東京に暮らしていても気分転換になります。

The Sumida river flows near my new home. The scenery makes me a change for me. I feel so good to see the river and travelers from overseas who got on the ship. Hehehe. So, we have the Olympic games on 2020 in Tokyo.

今年もめでたく誕生日を迎えました

梅雨入り前の、1年を通して比較的爽やかな陽気の多い5月末日。世界禁煙デー。
「これ以上年齢を重ねるのはもう結構です」と思っていても、毎年律儀にやってくる誕生日。

おかげさまで、今年も無事に健康に迎えさせていただきました。

Hey, it was my birthday 31st May. hahaha. It’s OK.
Some of my followers blessed it in Japan. And I’m fine.

こうした節目に、青春時代を思い出すような素敵なスニーカーをプレゼントしていただけたことに感謝します。

昭和平成、そして令和でも昔ほどではないにせよ「学校指定靴」として青春時代の足元を支える素敵なスニーカーには思い入れのあるものです。

季節は梅雨に向けて進んでいきますね

「梅雨が好きか？」と問われたら、嫌いです。
近所にあじさいの花が咲いていました。

I don’t like the rainy season in Japan. (It will start soon in Tokyo.)
I found the hydrangea blooming near my home in Tokyo. They are so beautiful and I took the photo by my camera. haha.

この花の名前はわかりませんが、周囲はとても甘くてけだるい、いい香りがしていました。

I do not know the name of this flower.
But the surroundings are very sweet and edgy, with a good smell.

若いっていいな、と思うのと同時に、もっと自分が成長しないといけないって思うの。

There is a junior high school nearby. Students enjoy school life there.
I think I have to grow myself more.

次回の海外旅行はハワイ、そして台南です

ずっと日本国内で過ごすのは、平和で良いけれど、少し退屈なものです。

次回の海外旅行の予定は7月の終わりにハワイへ、そして、8月の終わりに台湾南部の都市、台南へと訪れてみようと思います。もしその方面にコネクションのある読者さんおられましたら、何か楽しいスポットなど教えてください。

I will visit Hawaii for a week at the end of July.
I will also visit Tainan in southern Taiwan for 4 days at the end of August.
